  Thank you for the spectacular service. The employees showed me great courtesy and kindness. Today, we can all celebrate that my decommissioned 2014 Fiat 500L is no longer taking up a space on your lot. 😂

  I had bought my used fiat back in 2016 from the GSM Ryan, he helped to get me the payment I needed and the whole experience was great, the entire staff was helpful. Fast foward 3 yrs later and I needed his assistance again. He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, I highly recommend seeing Ryan and his team if your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, they go above and beyond for their customers!

  From the time I picked up the phone to arrange an appointment, Stephanie made it easy for me. I drove 1 hr and 35 minutes, so I was worried And hoped it was worth the drive. When I got there, Kyle was very kind and pleasant. He took me for the test drive (2015 Mazda CX-5) and provided me with all information from the vehicle. I’m glad Ryan the manager was able to accommodate the price and make it fit my budget. Overall, excellent price, excellent service and friendly people. Didn’t feel any pressure to buy the vehicle compared to other dealers I have gone to.
  Thank you all from Brown Daub Alfa Romeo Fiat for making the trip well worth it and me driving back home in the SUV I always wanted! A+++++++

  I usually avoid dealerships when needing to get my car fixed, but fiats seem to be a hassle for other places so I went here last year to get my wheel baring done. Expecting it to cost an arm and a leg. The service manager was incredibly helpful and pleasant and was able to get my warranty to cover the cost since my vehicle was under 50,000 miles. Also, the rest of the staff were great. Awesome customer service. I will definitely be bringing back my car to them for more work if needed.

  I contacted Fiat of Lehigh Valley and another Fiat dealer. Both were about the same distance from my home. While the other Fiat dealer took very long to respond and didn't seem to care about me...Jackie at Fiat of Lehigh Valley responded within minutes of my first inquiry. She emailed and called me and I had a lot of the information I needed within those first few minutes of placing my inquiry. And this was just the initial encounter with them.
  
  As I continued to make a decision on if this was the right car for me and the features I wanted, Jackie was there for me every step of the way. This was the first time I have leased a car and I couldn't have imagined a better experience! From test drive to finding the perfect car for me...they are the best!! They cared about me and my situation. I do not live very close to their dealership, so a lot was accomplished through email and telephone, which was perfect for me. It allowed me to get all of the information I needed without having to drive 2 hours round-trip to their dealership.
  
  Now that I have my yellow fiat, Jackie still sends me emails to make sure all is well with the car. If you are interested in a Fiat, look no further for a dealer...Fiat of Lehigh Valley is the best I have encountered and I will for sure go to them for all of my future needs!!!
