  I worked directly with Zak. Overall a good experience. Zak was willing to negotiate, and Jess helped me find the perfect insurance plan for my budget, considering 14 quotes simultaneously. Steven in finance reassured me of my purchase and helped me secure GAP insurance and a comprehensive maintenance plan. Koch 33 Mazda is way better than North Penn Mazda.   I worked with Karran on 08/24/2023 for a used Mazda at Koch. I went in knowing what car I wanted. Once they confirmed they still had it, my trade was evaluated and we got right to business. My trade didn’t work out (nothing at all to do with Koch, the evaluator was very professional and friendly), but I still purchased the car I went in to look at. Karran made the deal very honest, transparent and fast. From the time I pulled in the lot, to the time I was leaving with my new (to me) Mazda, it was just over two and a half hours. Karran has excellent communication and was nothing short of perfect and professional to work with. I’ve been a Mazda owner for almost ten years and they make it very hard to switch to another company. The Koch dealership was very clean and everyone I was greeted by was extremely friendly and helpful.

  Buying experience with Karan was easy. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and was juggling multiple tasks the best he could during a busy afternoon. In the end, this was probably one of the best buying interactions we’ve had over the years. My wife really likes her new 2023 Mazda CX9. Price was actually discounted as we were returning customers as well as other incentives. Our trade value was very fair and John in finance got us through that process seamlessly. We’ll let you know how the service is down the “road”….
