  Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, there was, first, an internal miscommunication regarding inventory, where the order claimed it had shipped when it hadn't because the product ran out of stock. However, customer service was communicative and accommodating. After a second shipping complication, in which UPS lost my package, they were generous and willing to offer a refund for the order. I didn't receive the order, but customer service was very helpful and generous!
