(April 5, 2023, 10:21 am)A pleasant experience - The car that we ended up buying was well priced and in excellent condition. The cleaning and detail work on it was better than most places I have seen. The lot itself was clean, especially compared to some others that I've visited. There was no pressure and the paperwork was hassle free. I like Mazdas and they are well stocked with Mazdas. Worth the almost hour drive from our house.

After calling and visiting several used car dealers, I saw the sign for Brookside Motors and thought I’d give them a try. I’m so happy I did. Both Fernando and Augie bent over backwards to be fair and accommodating, 2 characteristics that unfortunately are becoming rare to find. I would highly recommend Brookside!

I purchased a car for my son from Fernando 5 years ago and I was so pleased with how I was treated and taken care of, that I went to him to buy another car for my other son. Big thumbs up: they are helpful, courteous and very professional.

(December 10, 2022, 7:36 am)*Update dealer reached out and fixed and paid for the issue with my vehicle.
I just wish they would inspect them better before selling. Very disappointed as I was referred to them. I purchased my Jeep in September after not even 3 weeks 4wd light went on they took it to jeep to get it repaired had to pay out of my pocket for the deductible. Jeep had it for 1.5 months I get it back now there is an issue with the suspension and breaks which I need to take it to a mechanic to get it repaired. Some things are not covered which again I have to pay out of pocket. You call them and text them they don't get back to you. They make promises they can't even keep. Yes I absolutely love the car but it's nothing but a headache. They get these cars in but honestly they don't get them inspected or serviced. They told me they want all there customers to be happy I am very disappointed with them and will not refer anyone to them.
