Caring and knowledgeable staff make workouts challenging while working with me on my limitations and increasing strength which helps in all areas of my life. There is a place for everyone and the support, comaraderie and fun have been important to me. I have been to many gyms and enjoy all kinds of excecise. The strength gains made at Station crossover into all the activities in which I participate and, the best part is the people make my world brighter!
Blairstown Station CrossFit is the best! We have the greatest coaches that are super knowledgeable about modifying movements but also know when to push us to try new things. We have the absolute best members that are supportive, funny and no drama. Kids can come and hang out while being supervised and occasionally a sweet puppy will cheer us on as well. The workouts are always different and I have never been stronger or healthier in my life!
I visited from out of town while on vacation. Ive been doing CrossFit for five years and have seen a lot of different gyms. The location, Zane facility is unique, and well maintained. Probably the actual coolest location I have done CrossFit stateside. They converted an old train station into a box, and have done a great job capitalizing on the available space.
Sometimes it may be hard to start going to a new gym, or do a walk-in. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted by the coach, and other members of the gym. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was a really positive atmosphere, and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to do CrossFit. Whether they’re experienced, or have never tried CrossFit before.
