  This lodge is truly a gem in the Berkshires. The staff is efficient and friendly. The lodge is super clean and well appointed. The housekeeping is excellent and maintains the property in mint condition. The site is bucolic, quiet, and peaceful. The surrounding countryside and villages are all worth exploring. The shops and shop owners are charming. One bonus is there is a Stop and Shop supermarket right at the end of the driveway of the lodge.

  Clean room and grounds. Nice foliage. Located across from Grocery store and near rte 20. Enjoyed our stay. ..Bit misleading on the amenities as apparently kids (brats) jumped on the ping pong table, so they haven't replaced it (How about add a camera and replace the table??). No free games, just quarter arcade. Pool was nice, movie theater is just a 55"+ ? TV in the great room with some nice chairs , FUN but one night there were people in the other section of the room loudly talking so we left. Most guests were nice and quiet, but our last night the people above us spent an hour dragging furniture, jumping off the bed, playing the bongos and bass drum.... I called the desk, but the noise continued for another 30 minutes UNTIL 1130 PM, so that was the only minor thing on a OTHERWISE very NICE week. No staff for daily room tidying but I actually prefer that and it saved us the $40 fee . I will go back. FREE coffee, juice was nice touch.
