  My mom experience was a scary experience for me , because it was new and my mom wasn’t eating, talking, or doing any activity on her own. With the help of many staff members they helped me threw the ups and downs, Dominique Washington, Damia Shorts, Kevin Karkula, and serval aids Amy, Steven , and physical therapy Erin, were a GREAT help and was there every step of the way. I’m proud to say after 6months of rehab my mom is finally going home. Thank you for everything y’all have done to make this a life changing experience.

  The business department really help me a lot with the getting my grandmother situated while at your facility. the business office (Ms. Harris) really was patient and answered all my questions and really broke everything down to me in a way for me to understand how things work financially..

  I love Pembrooke. The staff treat me so well. During my stay here , I am able to communicate my needs with Dominique in Social Services. I love her ! I can always get answers that I need from Talema in the business office. She is helpful. Kevin is tall dark and handsome . He is friendly and always is there for me !

  "I recently had the pleasure of working with Eileen Flax, Rehab Director at Pembrooke Nursing and Rehab Center, and I must say it was an amazing experience. Eileen is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She went above and beyond to ensure that the residents received the best possible care during my rehabilitation process.
  
  Eileen is an expert in her field, and her dedication to helping patients achieve their goals is truly admirable. She was always available to answer any questions I had and provided residents with the support and guidance I needed to make a full recovery.

  Kevin is excellent. He was hired to advocate for the residents and he's doing a wonderful job for my mother. He's very caring and compassionate. He even returned a call on his day off. I really feel he's going to make positive changes for this facility and its residents.
