I am super non-athletic so I was worried when starting, but the instructors are all amazing and open minded and really encourage you to grow without pushing you too hard! Saftey and fun are first and foremost. I also travel a lot for work, but they are flexible about making up classes which is really great!
I tried out the trial class before joining, and it was a rainy day so I ended up being the only person there, so they let me try all four apparatuses - tapeze, hoop, sling and silk. I ended up going with sling and have loved it so far! -

(March 14, 2019, 3:38 pm)I have been going to ascend for almost a year now! I can’t say enough good things about the instructors and fellow students! Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try circus arts or is just looking to shake up their fitness routine.

My experiences here have been fun, challenging, safe, and educational. Lots of other wonderful, supportive students and teachers here as well, in a very creative, unique environment!

(March 14, 2019, 4:50 am)I started attending Ascend almost a year ago and my classes are what I look forward to the most every week. The teachers are wonderful and teach in a way that everyone in class can understand and have fun. I’m so much stronger and more flexible because of these classes and I’m doing amazing things I never thought I would. Not only are the teachers and owner phenomenal, but the students are all so supportive and friendly from the very first time you walk in the door. It truly is like a little circus family!

It isn't just a place for fitness, but most importantly, the community here is the most supportive and fun I have been part of.
