  I signed up for a second challenge after being a challenger then a member for a year. This time around was as awesome as it was the first time! The camaraderie is wonderful and the encouragement is strong. I love working out here because I don’t have to think about planning my own workouts, I just show up and I know I’m going to have a killer workout! It’s not cheap, but it’s absolutely worth every penny. You get back what you put into it, so if you’re motivated, it will be great for you!

  I've had friends who lost a ton of weight in this program and I was just sitting around watching them get their life in order and I thought to myself, it's time for me to do the same. So I signed up, best decision I have made in a long time. It is the BEST workout experience that I have ever had. The classes are fun and always different, the trainers are great and they work with you if you need help. The other classmates are also great motivation. It's a group of like minded people who want to get healthy.
  
  Would I recommend their program? Yes in a heart beat! If you are looking to knock the dust off and make a change then do it! Trust the process they layout. I lost 27.4 LBS in 6 weeks! I've never lost that in any other program that I have done, NEVER! The results speak for themselves. You only have one life and so make it the best life and push yourself. You'd be surprised what happens!

  Legion Transformation Center in Wilmington is my happy place. I started going there to lose weight and get in shape. I have done that, but have also gained friends that have become family! Everyone there is so supportive, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. We have special holiday workouts and charity events that support the community and causes that are dear to our hearts. All people are welcome. If you are ready to make a change, come to Legion. It will be the best decision you ever make! I’ve been a member for 3 years and still love working out there every day!!!❤️💪🏼❤️💪🏼

  I absolutely love the workouts. It changes every time so you don’t get bored. The staff also has fun themed nights too. I know of four people that have used this gym and have had amazing weight loss results. I started with a four week challenge and then signed up for a year!

  I first started my challenge last week,still have 5 more weeks to go. this first week was amazing,really inspired me to be healthy and lose the weight I need to lose,at first I thought i couldn’t make to the first week but the coaches and people that is there with the same goal pushes you,always saying that you can do it!. the gym is really organized,clean and the best thing is that they have all the supplements right there at the gym for you to buy it. I definably recommend legion transformation center because I really believe that this program will change my life.
