I recently returned from a trip with a toothache and called Dr. Kenney’s office and they were able to take me at 2:30 PM.
When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff and was quickly checked in. Not long after, Dr. Kenney’s dental technician, Alicia greeted me at the door and took me back and seated me in a dental chair. I was a bit uncomfortable as I felt my head was tilted back so I asked Alicia for a pillow and she happily accommodated my request.
She proceeded to take a group of X-rays
And was careful to place a shield over my chest and stomach area. Not long after that, Dr. Kenney arrived and looked at the X-rays and informed me that a rear upper right molar was cavity ridden and said tooth would have to be removed as that was my best option, I was so informed.
I was then fully numbed up and readied for the extraction. The tooth was in a difficult spot and had to be removed in 3 sections.
Upon completion, Dr. Kenney stitched the area up and prescribed an antibiotic as a precaution. This was not the most pleasant dental visit for me because of the unfortunate complexities of my situation but Dr. Kenney and his assistant, Alicia, made it as comfortable for me as could be.
I am most pleased with Dr. Justin Kenney and his staff.
