  I fractured my wrist and was looking for a good orthopedic doctor! A referral was made to me for Crystal run Dr. In Walden, NY. I made the appointment on Saturday for a Wednesday appointment. After 4 text messages from Crystal Run confirming my appointment, preregistration, prepayment of deductible, driving 1.5 hrs, they call me to say they don’t accept my insurance. Obviously furious I made a call to Ahava, they got me in the very next day and I received treatment. I am very pleased with Ahava

  Ahava Medical is a well rounded medical care provider. My husband and I both have used multiple specialists of ahava and all were great. Easy appointments and minimal waiting room time, They also have an onsite Urgent Care walk in or Via appointment , Renee Hook is wonderful she goes above and beyond for her patients, ,we both highly recommended Reneè if seeking a knowledgeable professional provider in Sullivan County. NY. Location. Rated A pLus ++++

  I used Ahava twice during Covid for testing and had great experiences. Recently I went to urgent care twice at Crystal Run and both visits were poor to terrible. With Ahava it took less than 5 mins to be in a room having my vitals taken, and then my doctor, who was friendly and focused, took swift action to cover a number of possibilities. I left feeling heard and helped. Each of the 4 people I interacted with was above average in terms of friendly, but swift and efficient to move things along. I will go straight to Ahava next time.

  I had a very positive experience. It was easy to make an appointment within a few days after the call.
  When I came to see the doctor I didn't have to wait at all.
  The facility had an x-ray lab which was available at the time of the appointment.
  The x-ray was made and was ready within minutes for the doctor to review.
  The orthopedic doctor, who I had to see for the tear of the ligament, was very attentive and exhibited high level of professionalism. He knew right away what to do, gave me proper splint, and assured me that everything will be OK and my finger will heal. He also said that after 4 weeks I will be able to start the physical therapy at the same facility under his supervision.
  That made me feel very good.

  There wasn’t a long wait. The doctor I met with Dr. George Opiuo was very kind and helpful had a good bedside manner. The people at the desk and nurses were all very friendly and professional helpful. It made me feel that it was a nice place to receive help and that people actually Enjoyed working there
