  everyone was very accommodating and nice. Some went above and beyond. Had a great experience. Happy to be going home but sad to leave. Everyone was good to me no matter how busy they were.

  To pin point 1 or 2 staff would not be fair all the staff were wonderful. Nurse's pt, ot, office staff were great. Even if I was just sitting I was asked if I needed or wanted any thing. They keep the residents busy there is no sitting with nothing to do.

  My father has been a resident at Achieve Rehab in Liberty, NY for the past 2 months. He is always treated kindly and with respect. The staff does all they can to make him feel comfortable and reassured, while keeping his family apprised of his medical concerns. During these difficult Covid times, Achieve has made considerable efforts to keep residents and their families in touch. They are quick to accommodate requests for video calls and window visits. My family has been very satisfied with the care, concern and dignity shown our father, grandfather and great-grandfather by all at Achieve Rehab.
