We love Dr. Jenn & the entire staff at Advocare Birchwood. They take such great care of our son & always make us feel like we are family. We are so happy we found this practice!
Dr Jen office never has a wait. She is quick, explains things, and knows her stuff. We love they she doesn’t push medications but more at home remedies. She is a mom and gets a mom’s life. It is refreshing.
We just switch to this practice and I am very pleased with how easy it was to switch over everything from their old practice. The office staff and doctor were all very nice! Very happy with my decision to come here.
I highly recommend Advocare Birchwood Pediatrics in Medford. My girls have been going for almost two years now. Appointments are easy to make, they’ve always had same day emergency appointments when needed, there are nurses available after hours to answer any concerning questions and I’ve had 0 problems with insurance.
The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and so sweet, and all of the doctors are wonderful! I really appreciate them always listening to my concerns and taking great care of my girls! Thank you.
As a first time mom, everything is unknown and nerve wracking. However, the staff at Birchwood Pediatrics really puts us at ease. Dr. Jen is amazing and extremely supportive, while still being realistic. I feel confident taking my baby here and would 100% recommend them!
