  We stayed at the 1796 Farmhouse while in town to participate in The Ride for Mental Health, a charity cycling event. Bev and Sal are wonderful humans who are so very welcoming. They had freshly made cookies, eggs from their chickens, organic bread and every little touch to make us feel at home. The house is filled with character and the grounds allow much relaxation. We contracted with Sal ahead of time to make dinner for us on Saturday evening which was the best decision ever! He even made sure he had a fire going outside afterwards for us to relax. We would most definitely stay here again! We loved our time at the Farmhouse and look forward to visiting again!

  Staying in the 1796 house with Sal and Bev was exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast spread was local and delicious, and the living quarters were rustic and comfortable. Our dog also felt right at home and had plenty of space to run around the property. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back in the future.

  My husband, our dog and I stayed at The Inn at the Ridge for 3 nights this past week. We found it on the internet while searching for dog friendly accommodations near New Paltz.
  It exceeded our expectations! The hospitality and the ambiance were both outstanding. Sal and Bev were more than welcoming, treating us like friends and they met all of our needs. Bev kept reminding us that it was “our house” for the duration of our stay. Since it was mid week, Sal didn’t cook for us, however the refrigerator was well stocked for breakfast and there were chocolate chip cookies for snacks as well. The basic items were added to and replenished throughout our stay.
  We spent most of our time exploring the area but we also spent time on their grounds just enjoying the outstanding view.
  Sal and Bev prepared a fire for us one evening. It was lovely.
  I would highly recommend visiting The Inn at the Ridge. We can’t wait to return.

  I brought my parents here for their first B&B experience and it could not have been a better experience. The house is extremely cozy and clean. The grounds are absolutely beautiful from the lilly pond, to the swing under the willow tree, hammocks, and all the other sitting areas. To bring it all together Beverly and Sal were amazing host. They worked with us through a booking error and were super accommodating throughout our stay. And the breakfast, yum!
  
  The location is perfect for a city getaway with so much to do in the area. We will be coming back!
  
  Lastly, I love that they are pet friendly, that is so difficult to find. We brought our golden retriever and a Doxie who enjoyed the stay as much as we did!

  This was our fourth stay and it was wonderful as always. Sal and Beverly are great hosts. The breakfast is amazing. Chocolate stuffed French today, frittata, sausage, scones, Fresh fruit, yogurt...... deliciousness. Our dogs get excited when we pull up to the Inn. They love this place as much as we do. It's location is great. Close wineries, shopping at new paltz, distillery and more. Lombardi's restaurant is great for dinner which is right down the road. Planning our next trip soon!
