(November 23, 2019, 1:09 pm)This house was built in 1990 by a local housebuilder. She has built many houses in the area of New Paltz and she lives a few minutes away from this house with her husband. Her children and grandchildren grew uo playing in this houde and on this property. There are many closest on the 2nd floor of the house. She hated corners so built closest to hide them. The kids had a great time playing hide and seek games as you can imagine with these closets.
In 2001 the barn of this house won a building of thenyear award for the best Horse Barn under 3000 Sq. Ft. The housebuilder owns horses and used thisnbarn as their home.
In 2018 after a long search of viewing countless house for a family getaway home, 33 Gibbond was found and fell in love with. Many renovations was done on this property. This house has new furnitures, mattrassess, bedding, towels, appliances, kitchenware, kayaks, games and many more. This is an AirBnB and Home away for guest in the summer.
Was here with my friends and team members attending a retreat for BLMP Core team members of New York. This is promising to be a lovely time out here and I am really feeling at home.
I will be recommending this house to family, friends and associations of up to 5 and 15 for retreats, board meetings, family re-union, Thanksgiving, family vacation and many more. Enjoy pictures with myself and my colleagues...........
