  Dropped in while on vacation with my family, can't say enough good things about this place, the people training and the owners/instructors. Great school, very clean with a welcoming atmosphere as well as high caliber training. Thanks for hospitality I will be back next time I'm in town!

  i absolutely love love LOVE zenquest :) i’ve been doing Brazilian jiu-jistu since i was 12 (and i’m 17 now!) and have loved it ever since! It is the safest/most friendliest environment to learn self defense, exercise, and meet new people.I really appreciate the professor’s (Mark and Connie) who help you gain confidence+skills simultaneously😁 in particular, if you are a woman or young girl who is sort of hesitant about joining a martial arts gym, THIS IS YOUR SIGN to join the zenquest team, because i have seriously never experienced a safer environment as this one. Both my dad, my brother, and I all go to zenquest frequently and cant recommend them enough🤎

  Zenquest is one of my favorite places to go. My 9 year old son and I both get to train here and have for years. It is not just about the excellent level of knowledge that the senseis have but also the atmosphere and attitudes of the students that make this the gem that it is. Just stepping onto the mats makes my day better and helps me focus and let go of my stress. I love learning and fine tuning my skills in Muay Thai.
  
  Watching my son progress over the years; he has learned patience, focus, listening skills, concentration, karate and Jiu jitsu -- all while having fun!

  This is my favorite place to release stress, work out and meet great people. I've been going to Zen-quest for more then a year by now. I feel way more confident about defending my self. I've learn a lot of interesting tricks in Jiujitsu, Boxing and met few world champions. This is very friendly team, where everybody supports each other and will always guide you through, when you start training.
