(August 10, 2023, 5:46 pm)This place honestly feels like summer camp for adults. I meditated, did yoga, danced, and made a lot of friends in the process. The food and accommodation are suitable, but nothing special. The staff (Michelle and Chris = goats), the dance classes, and the views were all spectacular. I definitely hope to come back soon.

(June 24, 2023, 7:04 pm)Love the vibe, love the quiet, love the food, love the classes, love the surrounding countryside. I don't love the drive to get here, but that's a small price to pay.
I've stayed in the annex as well as the main building and I prefer
the luxuries that are offered in the annex, specifically the rooms with private baths.
Last few times I was there, they weren't serving coffee in the cafeteria - which really SUCKED - but I think they may have changed this policy. This didn't detract from my love of my experiences here however ... it just posed a challenge. -

(June 2, 2023, 9:58 pm)I went for some R&R for my birthday in late May and had such a rejuvenating experience. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and ayurvedic options. There were plenty of class options for mind, body and spirit. I really enjoyed the digital detox and that most others were respectful and did the same. The yoga classes were wonderful and the teachers were great at making sure that everyone felt comfortable doing only what felt good. All in all, it was exactly what I needed and look forward to going again.
