We rented Bretts “Your own Inn” for our joint bachelorette weekend. Everything was wonderful! Spacious, private and very comfortable for a large party. Beautiful views and beautiful property, it is the perfect party getaway spot. The heated pool and hot tub was beyond enjoyable and the location was ideal with amazing mountain views surrounding the property. Plenty of rooms to hang for a large group and awesome bar/pool table hangout room. We had awesome beautiful sunny days and some amazing rain and lightening storms at night. Such a beautiful thing to witness from such a beautiful place. Brett was wonderfully responsive and tended to all of our needs and questions promptly. From initially inquiring about the property, to being so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the house while planning our stay. He even helped us with recommendations for food delivery throughout the weekend! The property and our experience with 4SG and Brett, was perfect!

We rented the inn for a bachelor party and it ended up being the absolute perfect place - we had 16 people and the inn honestly felt roomy. We could've easily had a larger group and not felt cramped at all. The listing was spot on and the place gave us all that we needed to have a great time, tons of bedrooms, TVs, and space. The group lucked out with a huge overnight snowstorm the first night which meant a full day of sledding on the property on Saturday. With all the rooms and features that the inn offered, we found ourselves hanging out at the bar much of the time which was fantastic - a great space, a few TVs, a pool table, and enough room for our entire group to eat dinner together. On Brett's recommendation we were able to get dinner delivered both nights we were there, the food was great and this meant we could enjoy ourselves without having to leave the inn. Brett and Mandi were extremely responsive, accommodating, and hospitable throughout the entire process and I can't recommend working with them enough.

Me and a large group of friends were looking to go to hunter mountain for a weekend of skiing and fun. We found this property and could not be any happier with our decision to stay here. The description of the listing was very accurate, even exceeding our expectations! There are plenty of rooms for everyone and the two kitchens are perfect. The bar is an amazing space for big groups and the large front room had plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day of skiing. Our group of 25 people could all fit in the front room and bar with plenty of space which really made this trip special because we didn’t have to be spread out and could enjoy each other's company. Brett and everyone involved answered all questions I had and made the process of renting the property extremely easy. This was a 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing weekend!

We rented ‘Your Own Inn’ for a long weekend with a 27-person bachelor party and it was EXACTLY what we needed. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The house had two kitchens so we had room to store all of our food and drinks but I do recommend that you bring extra coolers with you on your stay. Additionally, the house came equipped with a game room, full size bar, and large living room to hang out in. On the outside, the pictures do not do the house justice. The house is situated on the side of the mountain and the view is incredible. The pool and pool deck are huge and can easily accommodate a large group. and there is plenty of space in the yard to enjoy the outdoors. The huge bon fire pit was great to enjoy (plenty of places to get firewood on the drive up) as well as the full-size volleyball court and basketball hoop. Overall, the house was just what we needed, and it allowed for everyone to have a good time doing something they enjoyed! Over the course of 3 days, we never had to leave the house once and couldn’t have been happier with that.

Additionally, Brett & co were phenomenal hosts. Planning a trip with this many people can be a logistical nightmare and Brett was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions pop up. He even provided recommendations for restaurants in the area to order delivered catering in case you don’t want to have to cook for a large group (highly recommend). Thank you, Brett

I would highly recommend this house to those looking for the perfect getaway for a big group. The property is tremendously big, with incredible views overlooking the ski paths and forested area. If you like sports as our group did, there are really cool separate basketball and beach volleyball courts. Inside of the house, much seemed newly refurbished and there is plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for a very large group. We also were blown away by the full bar downstairs that allowed us to feel like we were at a “bar scene” without having to leave the house. We had a bunch of different TV options for watching the NBA playoff games which was really cool. Highly recommend this house. Lastly, I’d note the property management staff was extremely responsive and easy to deal with.
