  We rented Your Own Estate for our annual Residency Retreat for the third year in a row. This is a multi-day team and camaraderie building event we look forward to each year. The property is every bit as great as it looks in the pictures, tons of space indoors and out. A wonderful pool and pond, there is no shortage of activities provided. Great cooking facilities too.
  
  Brett and the 4 Seasons Getaway staff could not have been easier to work with and were quickly responsive to any and all questions. We look forward to renting this property again.

  We rented this property for a summer bachelorette party with a large group. There were ample beds and bathrooms for everyone across both houses. We spent lots of time outside on the volleyball court and in the pool. The view from the estate is stunning, and pictures don't do it justice. Brett was very communicative and responsive, and our group is wishing we could come back every year.

  “A great ski weekend with no snow
  
  We traveled to Your Own Estate for Presidents Day weekend 2023. There were 14 of us ranging in age from 57-15. It was meant to be a family ski weekend but the lack of snow and temperature in the 50s definitely made that difficult, but a great weekend was still had by all.
  We were happy to see when we arrived that the house was exactly as described on the website and via phone and email communications prior to booking. No surprises The house has a great lay out for group activities as well a quiet spots. While part of the group was watching a movie in the large living room, a few others were reading fireside in the smaller living room. The larger living room was perfect as we could all be in the same place chatting, game playing, and taking advantage of the bar area. The larger living room also had a nice flow from the dining room, we could be in the two rooms spread out and yet together. The outdoor hot tub was a great place to hang out late at night and in the afternoon after a quick morning of skiing. Although we couldn’t really ski as planned, we left Your Own Estate relaxed and filled with a weekend of great family memories. “

  “We rented the Estate property for a family reunion. The house accommodated all 45 of us. It was in a wonderful spot with a lake, firepit out back, pool, hot tub and many activities for the kids like ping pong and a pool table. We loved the property because it was isolated yet within 10 or 15 minutes of town where we ordered pizza and wings one evening. One night we did a bonfire out back, we played a tackle football game out front, and the kids spent a considerable amount of time in the huge game room in the guest house. All communications were smooth and timely and we would definitely refer this company and this property to others! Loved the place - it was perfect!"

  "Your Own Estate" was everything shown on the website. My extended family gathers together for a joint vacation every two years. This year we had 29 people (20 adults and 9 children) ranging in age from 2 years old to 99! "Your Own Estate" provided exactly what we needed. We actually had more bedrooms than we have ever had before and many extra beds. The houses were both clean and spacious. There were also extra folding tables and chairs which were so helpful because we try to eat all our dinners together. The extra kitchens with full size refrigerators and stoves also helped with our preparation of meals for 29 - especially when we celebrated my mother's 99th birthday.
  
  We fully used all that was available: in-ground pool, hot tub, lake for paddle boarding and fishing, swing set, pool table, games in guest house, volleyball court, and the 7 picnic tables on the patio outside the main house kitchen. The large property allowed the little ones to run free and play (under parental supervision). The views from the house were beautiful.  There were trips during the day to the local breweries, the zip-lines and the local bakery and restaurants.
  
  Brett from 4SG was extremely helpful to us in many ways. Our original booking at another house was cancelled 45 days before we were supposed to go. Brett worked with us, answered all our questions and was quick to respond to our texts and emails. I highly recommend this property.”  -  Anne Ryan
