  Not only is trapeze an incredible practice, but Renee is AMAZING! Her vibe and energy are everything. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you can do anything. I highly recommend Trapeze and most of all Renee as the instructor!

  I’ve done Ariel yoga at another studio before. I walked away saying I wouldn’t do it again. My daughter convinced me to go again- this time more local. Now, I looove Renee’s classes. She pushes you and supports you to do your best- but if you aren’t comfortable doing a move, she’ll help you do something more your speed. So zero pressure. She makes the classes fun and every week feels different. I only wish I could go every day.

  I learned about You Me Trapeze trough an event a yoga instructor was hosting. It was Rooftop yoga with Trapeze! The name caught my attention so I DM @youmetrapeze on Instagram about the event. Renee gave me the information (what the event was, pricing, location, time, expectations, what to bring etc). She was professional & responded in a timely manner. The day arrived, excited & anxious I get to the location but didn't know how to enter the building, through messages she helped. Once at the rooftop knowing no one but the yoga instructor I was still very much nervous. Renee greeted with such a warming, happy, welcoming energy. We did some yoga than transfered over to the trapeze, yeah looking at the thing hanging intimated me. But again, Renee assured us all that we would be safe & that it was easier then it looked. With her help & guidance I did trapeze yoga & loved it so much months later I reached out to her for a small private birthday event. She was more than happy to do it. Again with her warm welcome, she assured us we would be fine. She guided us through a class, with transitions and tips it went smoothly. And like myself, my family were all happy & loved the experience. Thank you Renee for providing a wonderful birthday experience filled with laughter, stretches, & great memories.

  First time trying Aerial + Trapeze yoga, all I can say is WOW! The experience was beyond amazing with just seeing how my body was capable of being more stronger and flexible. The best part of it all was definitely Instructor Renee, she made me feel such at ease, welcomed, comfortable and very inspired. I love her energy!! I went in there with a migraine and a hour later it was gone, that's how intense and great the class was. Highly recommend!

  I was nervous at first. But Renee was calm and reassuring. No pressure to do poses I was uncomfortable with. However, once started, I gave everything a try and to my surprise did well. My back felt amazing after. I’m now obsessed with trapeze yoga and will add this to my list of self care necessity.
