  I love this place! The instructors are all so friendly and they have some cool stuff in the store. The parking lot isn’t great, but that’s out of their control. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. I’m a new student and they have great packages and deals!

  I can’t say enough about this place. The flows are always so thoughtful, the meditations are therapeutic and the actual location is amazing. Gina is my favorite instructor of any yoga practice anywhere. This place, people, and vibes are incredible. Favorite yoga studio ever!!!

  I haven't written reviews in quite awhile, but this place....it absolutely requires a glowing review and an abundance of gratitude. I had known about it for a little while, but wasn't able to come in for various reasons. But the day I finally did.....I knew I was Home. It's tucked away in a beautiful area that exudes tranquility and peace. The building itself is historic and incredibly beautiful. It feels, between the scenery and the building as if you are transported to some other area completely...not just moments away from a bustling downtown.
  
  Once inside the doors, the deepest sense of belonging washes over you. The owner, Gina, along with all the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. They radiate love and acceptance. I felt (and feel) every time I step inside, as if I'm with family. The classes are truly life and light giving. The instructors have such an incredible ability to help you find restoration, refreshment, and healing.
  
  Oh! And the shop is stocked full of wonderful necessities to make your practice as well as your daily life one of positivity, calm, and ease.
  
  I will forever be indebted to Alluem...words can't express how profoundly my life is changing because of them. The beautiful scenery and earth surrounding the studio, the studio space itself, and the incredible classes, offerings, and instructors.
  
  Thank you all. You are helping me to heal and become whole once again.

  I had a magical experience at Alluem Yoga. I started seriously practicing yoga in 2016 and in early 2020 after having my first baby and the pandemic, my favorite yoga studio closed, I was heart broken. In 2021/2022 I tried other places and didn't feel at home. Then I took my first class here, and everything fell into place. The people and environment are warm. Gina's energy is uplifting and open. I can't wait for my next class! Thank you!

  Alluem is one of my favorite places on the planet. I had taken yoga classes here periodically over the past 5 years and had always enjoyed the range of classes
  and instructors and the diversity of the students. People of all ages, ability level, and shapes practice here, and all are valued equally.
  I came back to Alluem five months ago while I was beginning recovery from a difficult health challenge. Alluem quickly became my sanctuary - a place for me to connect with myself, with nature, and with the community around me. I began with restorative classes and slowly built up
  my comfort and confidence. The teachers are all compassionate and yet individual in the way they teach and the lessons they share. Gina, the owner, leads a free weekly meditation session that has become the anchor of my self-care routine.
  The setting is perfect, an airy mill building next to a waterfall, along a peaceful river walk. The sounds of nature and the genuine care from the people there make this a very special place.
  One word of caution- the parking lot is tricky and gets crowded. Park on a nearby side street if you don’t want to deal with it.
