I’m now back for the second pregnancy and I truly believe it helped me prepare for giving birth. Yoga space offers both virtual and in-studio classes for flexibility. Highly recommend!

(November 9, 2021, 5:06 pm)I moved to CT from VT three years ago and started looking for a good yoga studio. After searching around I found Yogaspace. I have taken clases with 4 different instructors and have enjoyed greatly every class, but more importantly I leave the practice having released stress, and decreasing substantially a chronic ciática and lower back pain. I can not recommend enough this studio. Great people, qualified instructors and perfect space. Thanks, Yogaspace!!!

(June 11, 2021, 11:43 am)There are a variety of yoga practices and each instructor offers something a little different. I’m so pleased with the changes in my posture, balance and mind. Very friendly and new participants are welcomed.
Julie is a ray of sunshine and LYT yoga is challenging but so very rewarding!
I only wish I would have joined sooner!
