(May 25, 2023, 12:29 am)Great place to do Martial arts besides been the home of UFC champions Glover Teixeira and Alex Poatan Pereira and several future prospects. Brazilian jiu-jitsu has the great black belt and former UFC fight Caio Magalhães. If you looking for training and being in shape there is the place to be.

The trainers are so invested in helping you achieve your goals...big or small!! You feel super motivated when working with these professional athletes..they are not going to ask you to do anything they wouldn’t do themselves....so inspiring! These guys care they push you at your level your speed and make you feel amazing about your accomplishments! Seriously come join our team!

(January 2, 2018, 8:27 pm)I have been training here for two years and the classes stay challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable and students of all fitness levels are encouraged equally. The atmosphere is postive and Glover really cares about making sure people are improving their fitness.
