  Recently, I had to change audiology providers when my former audiologist decided to retire. Little did I know what a difference there would be with providers! Dr. Battat was so much more thorough, informative, and helpful. As example, I was informed by Dr. Battat that I had volume controls on my hearing aids, something that previously was never explained to me!! Such a simple solution to a part of my hearing difficulty. I guess "You don't know what you don't know". The best thing I can say about Dr. Battat is that she instills trust. As a healthcare provider myself, this is the best compliment one can receive.

  Dr Battat is an excellent audiologist and always addresses any questions I have concerning my hearing aids during my office visits. She keeps on schedule with her appointments and I have never had to wait to see her. Its a pleasure dealing with a professional like herself with such high standards and look forward to using her services in the years to come !

  I'm 65 and my mom is 96. Dr Battat has been our Audiologist for the last five years or so, and she is the greatest. You can only imagine the variety of hearing issues that confront mom & me, and Dr. Battat is consistently able to evaluate what's going on, make a range of recommendations, and then deliver the appropriate solution. She is professional, remarkably knowledgeable, (particularly regarding past, current and future practices & technology), and she listens (she's an audiologist!). She takes into account and helps resolve the audiology difficulties facing both the patient and the friends & family associated with the patient. Go see Dr. Battat regarding the hearing issues that make life difficult for you and your loved ones. She'll take care of you.

  Get services from a caring Doctor. Not only did she fit me with my hearing aid she also had done my grandfather's. I have had wonderful experiences on any of my visits and look forward to great service in the future.
