  This is our 2nd visit, and the service received here was the Ear Cleaning for my 12 year old who suffers from excessive wax buildup. We have a history of getting this done at other places, and it wasn't very effective. I was really searching for an Audiologist who was personable, relatable with kids, knowledgeable, and really wants to solve and treat the issue. This Audiologist checked all of those boxes!! My daughter now says everything is LOUD... She can finally hear normally. ❤️ The Audiologist also gave us a treatment plan. We travel 50 minutes just to see her! Highly recommended 👌🏾
  
  The only negative is each visit no one was at the desk. I didn't know if someone knew we were there 15 mins early, ready to check in or not. I waited out of respect for their time or time with potential patients they had, and when my time was up, I announced I was there, no one checked the waiting area.

  Went there for ear wax removal as I had severe discomfort and almost couldn't hear in one ear. Got the appointment for within a few hours and the doctor explained the process in detail and answered all my questions very patiently. The process itself was quick and painless. Very pleased with the results and the complete experience.

  Yasmin is the model audiologist people hope for. From the start I felt I was in good hands when she started asking questions about my lifestyle and how my hearing loss was affecting it. She was not going to just treat my hearing loss but help me live the way I wanted to live. She is superb technically, fitting me with two hearing aids, and making adjustments over time, as I was getting used to them. She gave me realistic expectations of what hearing aids can and cannot do. She explained clearly the package she offered her clients, which included service support over three years.   I recently had a hearing test with Dr. Battat. I ruptured my ear drum and have been dealing with issues because of this. I was referred to Dr. Battat by my ENT. The office was very friendly and accommodating to get a soon appointment that I need. Dr. Battat was very patient in answering all of my questions and even explained somethings that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend Dr. Battat.

  Went for an ear cleaning that was about ten years overdue. From the receptionist Brandy to the doctor herself, everything was relaxed and easy for a first-time visitor. Very clean office with cutting-edge tools and audiology solutions.
