I went to Alex after three years with Staples, having them place antispyware on it and troubleshooting my work pc. They couldn't find anything wrong each time I brought it down complaining of its freezing, blacking out, and other problems. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong that they could see.
What a pleasure working on it now, so fast, no freezing, and the antispyware he placed on it gives me peace of mind.

Alex found the issue, fixed it, and had it ready to go for me next day. Not only that, he went above and beyond, explaining to me what went wrong and offering suggestions for future builds. Highly recommend Alex and Xtreme Systems to anyone who might be having issues, can't say enough good things about my experience.

(June 24, 2023, 1:34 pm)Alex was awesome!!!!! Brought my custom audio computer ti him. He didn't think he had the part I needed, but he told me how to go about getting it. Once I got the part needed he swapped out the bad one in about an hour and little labor cost!!! Highly recommend!!!!

If your thinking of going through any other local or major company first and yes including Best Buy Geek Squad, I recommend giving Xtreme Systems a call first for a much more quality and efficient experience. Alex offers what any other company in my opinion can do or has to offer.
