  I looked up a tech to help remove a stripped screw in my steam deck and found Atkin Tech Solutions. He was able to remove the stripped screw and insert the ssd into my steam deck. I am soo grateful that he was able to do it and get it back to me the same. He also helped me find the screw for my steam deck online. I highly recommend Atkinson Tech Solutions especially if you have a steam deck.

  Had never used Atkins previously. I made my decision by reading these reviews and all were very positive and all had good experiences with this company. KUDO's to Patrick at Atkins for recovering my files/pictures etc. from my crashed computer. It didn't happen overnight, but I was very happy with the outcome. Patrick was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Atkins Tech Solutions! You have made a new customer very happy!

  After goggling around talking to a few other outfits with more google reviews (and less stars). They gave me the all too familiar song and dance about their workload being SO busy and it would be 3-5 days before they could look at it.
  
  Patrick is awesome! I dropped off a horrible attempt at building my first PC. He turned a bowl of spaghetti (with wires all over the place) into a 1st class, work of PC art. The build came out incredibility clean and I'm truly inspired by my new work from home/productivity setup.
  
  When I called, Patrick picked up the phone and politely explained that he already had work on his table but would do his absolute best to get it done same day. So, I dropped it off at noon and he worked throughout the afternoon and night and I was able to pick it up later that evening. It's this type of dedication and the type of person you want working on your project. When I lived in the City I was impossible to find good quality IT help and to have Atkins Tech Solutions in the greater Pocono area is a serious benefit to our community.
  
  Would absolutely recommend to others and I plan to engage Patrick on some R&D projects my business is needing to help scale and grow.

  Atkins Tech Solutions transferred all our data and programs from our old computers to new computers. From computer setup to installation, they were able to get us up and running in no time.

  Patrick set up a new server for us as well as five workstations. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He was also very patient and courteous. He was very reasonably priced and actually showed up to do the job. I would recommend him and will use Atkins Tech Solutions for future work.
