(August 15, 2023, 9:28 am)My wife and I entered WHF and were so excited to see a fully equipped gym, as well as so many other classes, programs and specialties. I had the best massage experience with Maxime. As a physical therapist until then I could not find someone who understood the muscles and techniques used to properly alleviate tension and pain. Maxime is great! My wife signed up for yoga and breathing technique classes. WHF is a full service facility. We have found our place to help us stay healthy!

(July 29, 2023, 10:43 am)Donna and Maxine are excellent therapists that really know how to make my wife and me feel special. Their attention to detail is excellent and we always come out of there feeling incredible. The pricing for a couples massage is very reasonable for the experience received. The rest of the staff is very friendly with the facility very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this facility to anyone new to wanting to start massage therapy or needs a new place.

Yesterday I went for my first massage and the experience was top notch. Angelis was professional, personable and the massage was fantastic! I plan to check out other services offered at WHF soon.

(September 8, 2022, 10:35 am)I go for the fitness, I stay for everything else. The workout facility is spacious with all the equipment needed to work every inch of your body. Staff is friendly, informed, and in sync with each other and patrons. Saturday mornings are the most crowded with workouts and challenges for every level. I started going when training for a high-elevation multi-day hike. Everyone was encouraging and worked together to develop a plan that would focus on my trouble spots. I can't say enough good things about the fitness center. I've also had an amazing massage, enjoyed a yoga class, and met with a physical therapist. It really is a great combination of all the things that are good for you.
