  I'm new to Yoga and definitely need support and guidance. I truly appreciate the warm welcome and invitation to each class. It is such a positive environment and I can't want for my next class!

  I did the restore class for my first trial class at YogaSix - I thought the class was fantastic, looking forward to doing more classes through the summer. Instructor was great.
  
  Also did the afternoon Slow Flow class - and again - Great Instructor, great workout after trying the class I ended up joining the studio.

  I admit I was skeptical at first because I prefer studios that appear less sleek and corporate and I don’t always need a warm/hot room. But I have been truly delighted and physically already reaping the benefits of practicing here. This studio attracts an impressive variety of highly experienced instructors. Amazing they are all in one studio. Each one brings such specific sets of strengths and the queuing is helpful and intuitive. I would welcome more hands on help from them! There is also a great balance of professionalism and grace: classes start promptly, but nobody shames you if you are cutting it close or running a little late. The class is going a little over instructors give you a heads up. They are generous with their during and after class. I assume most of the credit goes to the owner/operator and the manager of this location: Sam. Of course a major benefit of the “sleekness” is a very organized, clean feel and transparency with their minimalistic cleaning products. Everyone loves the delicious and free fancy filtered water and cool towels after class scented with essential oils. There’s two well-stocked bathrooms for changing. My only complaint is that they do not allow ohm chanting and other traditional practices that encourage deepest potential breathing. Especially in the restore class where breathing is everything! I know it can make some people uncomfortable at first, but the vibe of the studio and all instructors is that there would be no pressure and proper coaching.

  Love this studio! They have a variety of great classes - each targeting different workout goals. All of the teachers and staff are fantastic - tons of great energy, encouragement and I always leave feeling energized and restored.

  I have been taking classes over a month at the Newtown studio and love it. The entire staff is more than friendly and GREAT. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything. Highly recommend!
