(July 14, 2023, 5:15 pm)Very lovely place. My first appointment and I apparently cancelled but they were able to squeeze me just a half hour later! I was fully informed of anything I needed to know and they were prompt and professional. Not to mention the waiting room felt so open and spacious! The complimentary tea and coffee was a wonderful touch. As well as some literature to read while I wait!

Because of this, you need to have patience waiting to be seen. Especially helpful to myself navigating menopause and my daughters in the younger stages of life.

From the ladies in the office that greeted me, to the assistant who got my appointment started, to Dr. Gibbons professionalism, to making sure I understood all the orders before I left - this group listened compassionately and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.
I also appreciate the fact that (if I want) I can schedule my appointments on line and review my patient portal for visit info and updates. -

(June 6, 2023, 11:25 am)One of the most exceptional medical interactions I've had in my life. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had been dreading this procedure (IUD replacement) because, in previous experience with a different clinic, it had been a jarringly painful and dismissive time.
Dr. Maria Sophocles is kind, thorough, and skilled. She explained everything in detail, took time answering my questions, went above and beyond to maximize my comfort, and walked me through what was being done and why at every step of the process. It was over before I knew it. She's also quite funny, and put me at ease when my nerves were at the highest. Staff are excellent and compassionate.
I also appreciated how the space was explicitly sex positive and welcoming of the LGBTQ+ community.
