  My fiance and I had just gone through a major life-changing event that, long story short, wound up with us not exactly being forced out of where we lived, but practically. We started looking for other options that we could move into in a timely manner, and boy Jan was fantastic at helping us find the perfect apartment. The place is absolutely wonderful and perfect for us, and when we were seeing other locations she was honest and cut straight to the point with every detail she had noticed, most of which I was previously oblivious to. She's an absolute wonderful person and a fantastic help in finding an apartment. I plan on using her services again in the future.

  My girlfriend Michelle and I started looking for a home in July of 2019. Jan was very attentive to what we were looking for. She was able to find so many houses to make sure we found the right one. Jan traveled all over showing us houses, and she didn’t give up until we found our future home. Which we eventually did!!
  
  Then, when the paperwork process began, so did the little hurdles that came along with purchasing a home. Jan stood by us 110% throughout the whole thing. She had our best interest in mind to the very end. We absolutely recommend her and were very lucky to have her with us.

  Jan was our real estate agent when we needed to sell my parents home after they passed away. She was personal and professional. She negotiated a fair selling price that both the buyer and seller were satisfied with. She even helped with arrangements for emptying the house of years of memories. She was great to work with - I highly recommend her.
