After not being given an appointment in the System my other Dr's are in. I called and was given an appointment, I was seen today all the was friendly and helpful. Dr Lo eased my concerns and scheduled me for the test I needed. I'm sorry I didn't come to this Practice in the very beginning.

The front staff, the assistants and Dr Lo were all very professional, understanding and informative. They eased what could be a stressful procedure.
This would be a 5 star except for the ladies at the cashier's window. One in particular was not very amenable. When I asked for a copy of my discharge instructions, she was in kind of a huff and ripped a copy from stapled papers, as if I wasn't supposed to have a copy of that. Even my daughter noticed her attitude

Dr Lo was patient, professional and pleasant. He presented the information in clear, easy to understand layman terms. He made sure I understood the treatment plan and asked me several times if I had questions. Very nice bedside manner as well.
