I am a ling time opatient at GIA. Dr. Olstein is a true professional who answers all your questions in a preofessional and respectful manner. The staff is on task; however, there was nl teminder of the appointment. Until the last.minute, I was not sure of the correct date. Also, the filling ou of the lengthy with pen and paper, is outdated. Should implement tablets. Otherwise, excellent service!!

The staff was friendly, and Dr. Olstein left me with such a great first impression that I have already recommended him to others I know.

Dr olstein listened to me, intently. He respected my health concerns, answered my questions, addressed some basic anatomy type queries without condescending. I walked out feeling very positive about the office visit and the practice. Also i was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival at the office

I greatly appreciated the prompt, and kind way I was received and treated. The exam rooms were private and the attending nurse and staff were friendly and reassuring. Dr. Olstein made a point to introduce himself and to talk with me before the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Olstein and his staff to anyone who is in need of a colonoscopy or like procedure.
