(April 11, 2023, 10:00 am)I went to an adult drop in class and had a great time. I was able to try several instances tailored to my level of fitness. Overall, I felt really welcome, and most importantly, I got a killer workout!

(September 16, 2018, 10:51 pm)Held my son's 6th Birthday party here. Children were between 6 and 11. The coaches are GREAT with children. Honestly a very nice place to engage the children in safe physical activity. A blast for little ones and challenging enough for teens. Clean and neat facility.
