  They repaired and washed 15 lbs of dirt from 1 of my rugs. Also they gave me good advice about keeping my other rug in good shape. They are honest and want to help me, not cheat me like other Oriental rug companies have done.

  Steve and Johnny did a great job. Arrived on schedule and helped with furniture moving and doing some repairs to the edges that had been in the rug before they cleaned. The rug looks great and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend using J. Namnoun's

  J Namnoun is amazing! I have used their cleaning service twice in the last three years. They always do a great job, gently cleaning my family’s two large wool rugs with lanolin soap, and make seamless repairs. Steven was kind enough to deliver and set up the cleaned rugs to our new house which was twice as far away as our old place. They are also very quick with turnaround and communication - I’m never left wondering about the process. I will use J Namnoun as long as we live in CT!

  I have only the BEST things to share about Namnouns and their team. A business unparalleled in customer service and their finished product. I had a 100+ year old large oriental rug repaired and cleaned. I nearly cried tears of joy when they returned the rug to me. It came back absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with the rug all over again. I was so happy, I’ve gone on to send off 8 more rugs to be cleaned and repaired. Steve and Garrett are fantastic. They come to your home to pick up and deliver rugs. Great men!!! Can’t say enough about this wonderful business.
