We worked with them a number of times and the experience was professional, staff was helpful and knowledgeable every single time: we bought a large number of windows, later door knobs, screen doors, and currently buying entry door. Paul Bueti, the manager, is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful guiding us about products choices as well as plus and cons of different brands, and always willing to spend as much as needed with us. We interacted with others in the staff and our experience was always consistent: professional and great help, staff happy to answer our questions and educate us on whatever we needed. Very happy with our experience, certainly recommending the store and Paul to friends and family.

(April 7, 2023, 6:26 am)I haven't received the products yet but the process of ordering the windows and doors for my renovation has been quite enjoyable, unexpectedly. Paul sat with me twice, going through EVERYTHING, item by item and option by option. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and even sat and called specialty window companies with me to be sure I was getting the right product and asking the right questions - even for the items I wasnt ordering with him. His guidance and expertise has been hugely helpful. I dont usually write reviews but the experience was so pleasant I felt the need to share. Highly recommend Paul at windowrama. Will update once I receive my product though.

We have always worked with Paul Bueti and he has always been very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Paul is always considerate with my decision making for the projects on my home.
We have done patio sliding doors, all interior doors and exterior windows for the entire house. Paul has always kept me updated on the orders and delivery dates. He is always very consistent and an absolute pleasure to work with.
