  Great Gym ! Awesome staff and atmosphere is very supportive. This is the place to be if you want to get strong. You can start your fitness journey here from any beginning and not be intimidated. They make you feel like family and are very knowledgeable. I recommended to everyone of all ages.

  The owners are great and treat the each like their own. Atmosphere and members are all part of a group that help, teach and respect each other. My son has become a better person all round since going there

  This is the best gym in the Poconos for serious training. It’s a small intimate space where everyone feels welcome. We help each other. It’s not just a gym it’s an experience! You’re family here. Need a spot? We got you. Need meal plan advice? We got you. Having a bad need and need to let out some steam. We got you!!! No judgments, no negativity, no cliques. Just men and women who want to feel good, look good, and be strong. I’ve been coming here since day one and I can’t imagine training anywhere else.

  A Power Lifting community or even gym within Monroe County is hard to find. Well, look no more because now there's one. Definitely excited about seeing a new type of gym in the area, check them out!
