  Great vibe in this gym! Dropped in while traveling for the Saturday CrossFit class, and Coach Curtis was high energy, smiley and funny. Didn't feel like an outsider, and gym is well-stocked. Classmates were very friendly! Will definitely be back while my family skis at Camelback!

  Finishing my first week and already feel like I made the perfect choice. Atmosphere is inviting, facility is extremely clean and I have no regrets joining. I was intimidated at first, but working with coach Bailey has been wonderful. Very encouraging and pushes me to be better.

  I just started at Stroud CrossFit a few weeks ago and I'm already hooked. I've never met more dedicated and passionate people in my life. The coaches are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything and make sure we get the best workouts possible. I was a college athlete for four years and in these last few weeks I've had some of the best workouts of my life. Awesome people, awesome place! I'll never go anywhere else. Check it out! You will not regret it!

  Stroud CrossFit is the best CrossFit Gym in the Poconos. They have a great facility, excellent equipment and a dedicated and experienced coaching staff. The best part about it though is the community. The members at Stroud CrossFit are amazing. I've made a lot of really good friends at Stroud that have motivated me to work towards being the best person I can be. The positive, supportive environment at Stroud is one-of-a-kind.

  I have been actively engaged in CrossFit for almost 3 years now and have been a member at Stroud CrossFit for 2 of those 3 years. I have found CrossFit to be one of the most rewarding forms of fitness for me and have really cherished my experiences at Stroud CrossFit. This gym has great equipment, a friendly atmosphere, and coaches & members that will encourage you every day. The new owners (Bailey and Bryan); along with the existing coaching staff, are very professional, friendly, welcoming, and expertly trained in CrossFit. They will work with you and help you meet your fitness goals; no matter your age or level of fitness.
