  I'm happy to say i was the first guest for the opening of the 2023 season, and I loved my cute little room. It was clean & quiet, pretty modern, and nicely decorated. I loved that it had a little refrigerator & microwave, and I was able to back my vehicle almost to my door. The heater/AC and hot water worked well.
  And George was easy to communicate with, responsive, and offered me a couple local places to eat or to have coffee. He was a helpful friendly guy. And I would stay there again, hopefully much longer next time!

  This place is awesome. The rooms are always clean. There’s an outdoor shower and space for barbecuing. The owner is awesome and friendly. You’re within 100 feet from one of the best pubs on the island. There’s nearby charters for ocean fishing and of course there’s old Barney. I give this place five stars any day.

  Stayed here Thursday thru Sunday. You can't beat the price for mid-week or weekend. It's the best price for any room on the entire island. The rooms are super cozy and comfortable. Locations is amazing. Walk to everything (beach, ice cream, restaurants, bars) Beach badges included and the room even had a mini refrigerator and a freezer. It was great for my family. Rooms are clean and owners are attentive. We arrived early and were able to pick up the beach badges then the owners called us when room was ready so we had an early check-in. We like supporting locally owned business. Would def stay again!

  I stayed here for a night with my husband as a get-away from the city. It was a great location with great service. The rooms are simple but clean. Our one complaint was that the bed was pretty soft. Full disclosure, I have back issues so I love a firm mattress. If you don't care about a very soft bed, this place was great!
