  Enjoyed my visit. What a great historical home. The people were educated and informative. We went on Maple Sugar Madness day and got to sample pancakes with maple syrup from last year's tap of the maple trees at the back of the property in the woods. The recipe for the pancakes was delicious and came from a very old recipe book.
