  My 96 year old mother went into Waveny Care Center mid January of this year for a fractured hip and wrist. Everyone there was amazing, from Tom the Social Worker, to Irene/OT to Leah/ PT, Jim/RN, Cathy/RN,Stephanie/RN, and so many more nurses and aides to mention, they took incredible care of her. My mother was in pretty bad shape when she arrived at Waveny but due to the excellent care she received she made remarkable progress and was able to use her walker to leave the facility, she couldn't have done it without the care she received at Waveny!

  My mother has lived at the Inn for over a year and we are very happy with it there. From Delia's cheery greeting at the front desk to Barbara's contagious enthusiasm directing daily activities to Director Katarina's 24/7 responsiveness the team there is a pleasure to deal with for both residents and family. We know mom is in safe hands there and they truly care about her. Thank you!

  Outstanding facility. Top-notch professional staff. Our mother could not be happier there. She is well-cared for and happy. Activities are numerous. The interior and exterior spaces are impressive, up-to-date and immaculately maintained. Waveny is well-managed and its senior team is skilled at recruiting, hiring and retaining the right people. The friendly, attentive employees at the Village, where our mom lives, are simply the best. Her room is gorgeous and immaculate. Mom says she lives in a 5-star hotel that feels like home. Thank you, Waveny.

  Extremely happy with The Inn at Waveny and everyone there who has made Mom’s transition there a wonderful experience. The independent living care at The Inn is truly special. The apartments,
  the truly fine dining, camaraderie & social stimulation, the wonderful diverse & fun activities and beautiful home-like atmosphere are all exemplary. So much more to say. The small number of residents is unique & allows Executive Director Katarina Tchakarov & her attentive staff to know and care for everyone like family. Mom is very happy.

  The Inn at Waveny is a wonderful place! The rooms are nice, there's a lovely living room where residents spend their time but the real treasure is the team working there. They all truly care about the residents' comfort and enjoyment. They're polite, thoughtful, flexible and are always thinking about how to enhance everyone's experience. There are activities planned everyday, in addition to exercise classes, a library, entertainment, and good food. It's really like a big family with the staff, residents and resident family members all together. Definitely 5 stars!
