  My Mom continues to be happy and well taken care of at Waterview Hills. We are so thankful to the many staff members who provide this excellent care and are warm and friendly when we visit. Thank you!!

  I have to say, the care Patricia C provided while my grandmother stayed was unmatched. The compassion and caring nature she showed every time was unbelievable. Everyone in my family was impressed with the attention my grandmother was receiving. Patricia C definitely deserves the recognition she works so hard for.

  This is my second review because I wasn't sure if my review regarding Pat C in the Armonk Unit came up as a 5 STAR. I know many people have written reviews based on observing how Pat C interacted with my Mom and other patients at the Rehab Center. She was lovely, amazing and caring. Ive never met anyone who made their patients feel so at home and cared for. Please verify for me that my previous review was listed as a five star.

  Connie T., Occupational Therapist, from our Rehabilitation & Therapy department is always willing to go the 'extra mile' when it comes to all past and present community members who have resided here at Waterview Hills. From coordinating a volunteer group to a 'how to' tutorial online, via facebook, Connie T. had one goal in mind .... to make sure each and every one of our residents had a blanket. Without any surprise to me or her team of volunteers ... they succeeded!! All residents were given a beautiful fleece blanket! BUT .... Connie T. wasn't finished yet ... she went above and beyond by partaking and coordinating a special service for residents who served in the Military ... specifically, skillfully sewn patriotic themed lap blankets to remind them how proud we were for their service and protecting the USA! Connie T. and her colleagues (team of physical, Occupational and Speech therapists) are driven with empathy and goodwill and I am so thrilled to have such hard working individuals whom I call 'my colleagues!'

  My Mom has been a resident of Waterview Hills for 6 months now and not only is the care excellent she is very happy living there! At 94 years of age such a transition is not easy and yet the Waterview team has helped Mom make her adjustment as well as proving all the medical care she needs. Last November when she was in hospital with infection we called Waterview to admit her and they took care of everything including to help switch her from Medicare to Medicaid. Our family is very grateful to the whole team that works on her behalf to keep her well and comfortable. Such small touches as providing her Word Seek puzzle books each week keeps her busy. I want to mention how pleasant it is for us to visit her, we feel welcome and the grounds and building are beautifully kept. She can sees a beautiful pear tree outside her window which she calls, "My majestic tree!" It makes her very happy. Thank you Waterview Hills!!
