  Where do I begin.....let's start with Melissa who answers the phones... so pleasant and helpful. I explained to her that we had a new attic fan installed and the roofer noticed our chimney needed mortar repair... she set up a free estimate... (I might note; some other companies wanted to charge to come out and then if you accept the estimate they remove the charge.. not the case with Warrington) It was important to my husband to hire somebody local as well...
  
  So we received a fair, honest estimate and decided to go with Warrington. So very glad we did. Dean sent over Chris K who in my opinion is the best of the best. Very meticulous and extremely conscientious...There were no corners cut with his work. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. We did have a couple of days delay regarding weather, but even with that... I was glad the job was not just rushed and scheduled accordingly for the best results. Dean kept in touch the entire time making sure we were happy and satisfied with the work.
  
  If we ever need more chimney or fireplace service... I'm looking no further than Warrington... They stand behind their work and that's hard to find in this day and age. Thanks Chris and Dean... wish we could give you six stars...

  Coming back to update this, because I've had one of those unique/tough situations of a difficult to pin down leak around the chimney that my roofer has had a tough time figuring out, and I very much appreciate that Warrington has been so ready and willing to help from a chimney perspective. This included spending time up in my attic during a heatwave and giving me more info to take back to the roofer, plus some ChimneySaver just for good measure. Very thorough and responsive, and I feel well taken care of, so thank you!!
  
  First time customer, will definitely use again! I'm also a first time homeowner and had the unfortunate experience of being taken advantage of by another chimney company and a particular person who Andrew and the people at Warrington were very familiar with. I'd had a utility flue liner put in last year, and I just had a new roof put on recently, but I was still seeing some water coming through the chimney. After the roofer checked everything over again, I contacted Warrington regarding a new chimney cap, which I did need. But Andrew also noticed the aluminum liner taped up there and asked to come in and check where everything was connected inside. Long story short, the previous person should not have used aluminum and the way everything was done inside was a mess and not the safest.
  It wasn't great news to get, but Andrew really explained everything in detail and did everything he could to help me out and get all of this redone properly with stainless steel. Matt and Jeremy came out yesterday and completed most of the work cleanly and efficiently, and Will came out today to finish up with the crown coat since it had started to rain yesterday. Everybody was incredibly courteous and great to work with, and everything really does look much better and like it makes more sense, with the utilities properly connected/venting. It's a really big difference, and I appreciate the honesty, how thorough everything was, and the help to have this done right. I will definitely be reaching out again when I'm ready to take care of the fireplace flue!

  Warrington Chimney & Fireplace was terrific! From the initial estimate from Andrew to speaking with one of the owners to go over the proposal, and then when Dave and his crew came out, they did a phenomenal job of fixing our chimney. Thank you all for an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for their services.

  We just had our chimney re-stuccoed and some other work completed and are impressed with the outcome. Our chimney looks great and the cost was very fair! See attached for some before and after pictures!

  Start to finish everything was done methodically and with thoughtfulness. Eric who I spoke to about my wood stove insert was friendly and accommodating. They are veteran owned which I appreciated. Nathan and Sean came to install and did a great job. Very clean and again thoughtful. At the end another technician Chris came to help install and was super helpful. I fired up the wood stove and everything worked perfectly! would recommend to my friends and family! I included some before and after photos.
