  We're very pleased with the level care & concern we receive at the Wappinger Animal Hospital. There has been no decline in care under new ownership, in fact Dr. Gonzalez does house calls, which must be such gift for shut-ins & the elderly who would not be able to travel to care for their pets. The staff has been wonderful to all our cats, always treating them as their own. Most specifically, understanding a pet's limitations when performing procedures, i.e., my cat receives laser treatments for severe arthritis in his back legs, the techs never force his legs to accommodate the laser wand, but maneuver themselves. This is a big plus for us, "you" care that our cat is not made any more uncomfortable. Thank you! They've never suggested treatment that was unnecessary. We'll continue to have our pets treated by Dr. Gonzalez and her staff!

  Dr. Gonzalez goes above and beyond to care for my dog and to make sure he has a positive experience during his check-ups, from her happy greeting when she sees him to always being prepared with the treats that she knows he loves, her veterinary care and attention to detail is so appreciated.
  During Covid she transformed her practice into an in-home practice so her patients would never have to be separated from their owners. She truly cares for the animals and their owners.
  I highly recommend Dr. Annette Gonzalez at Wappingers Animal Hospital.

  I had the sad experience of having to put my biggie cat to sleep. Dr. Gonzalez and her wonderful staff were so caring sensitive, and professional. I felt like I was in shock even though I went there thinking that it might be a possibility, but you are never ready to loose such a close friend who was with you in love for almost 20 years. They deserve a reward for kindness and caring.

  My pups always receive the best care from Dr. Gonzalez and the staff at Wappingers Animal Hospital! Whether we are there for a scheduled appointment or they squeeze us in for an unexpected injury, they are always kind and compassionate. So happy they care for my pups!
