Dr. Fredricks was an amazing mentor giving opportunities for onsite practice of my practical skills and theoretical knowledge! I was so happy to learn everyday and to a part of the team!

(March 30, 2022, 10:47 pm)Dr. Frederick, Dr. Whalin, and the entire team at Advanced Equine are knowledgeable, professional, and perhaps most importantly, compassionate. Today, my horse, Cruise Control (CC), had his annual exam, blood work, and recheck x-rays / hock injections to help treat his arthritis. David, Dr. Frederick's assistant, was very attentive to CC and helped to soothe him, while Dr. Frederick expertly treated him and reassured a nervous horse mom. I admire how dedicated Advanced Equine is to their patients and clients, and I am truly grateful to have them care for my large fur baby! If you are in need of an equine veterinarian, I highly recommend this fabulous veterinary practice!

(July 27, 2021, 6:30 pm)Advanced Equine is an practice that you can truly rely on. Dr. Fredericks treated my horse for a wound from a kick that required surgery. The work was performed perfectly and my horse is on his way to recovering.
I have to say that Dr. Fredericks always answers his phone and is always on time. No waiting two hours after the appointment time. It is refreshing to see someone that stays on top of his patients recovery. -

Moose & I are so grateful for everything he did to bring his fever down and make him better! He came so quickly and made it easy to reach him & get Moose back to being healthy as fast as possible.

(March 16, 2018, 7:29 pm)Dr. Frederick has all of the qualities I value in a vet, and it's not easy to find this. He responds quickly when I have questions, and I love that I always come away with a good understanding of the options available. I never feel pressured, but I do feel well informed and able to make good choices for my horses.
I appreciate that he's candid, and I'm feeling very lucky to have found him!
One other aspect that is noteworthy is the customer service ~ I've found the office very nice to work with ~ that really does make for an overall good experience.
