  I started going here about 8 to 10 years ago for personal reasons. I was met by Heather, who could not have been more helpful and has helped me pick out the perfect frames many times. When they add Carrie, Josiah, and Sue to the mix, leaving there satisfied is a common occurrence. I am not the most gentle on my glasses and frames so I need to stop in often for adjustments to my frames, I always leave with my frames feeling, and looking, brand new. I highly recommend this specific optician team, I was blind, but now I see.

  I went to the Vision Center at Walmart a couple of months ago and Tracy was so nice and helpful! I didn’t have my script at the time but she helped me pick choices and then saved them in my file. She also helped me figure out my insurance. I came back weeks later and she not only remembered me but patiently helped me make my final selections. The other staff person Josiah helped me pick my new fav pair and Heather the manager was also great! It was an overall super helpful and even fun experience. I’ll be back!!-

  My experiences has always been excellent. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Josiah helped me with my last 2 visits. I tend to be tough with my glasses so months after purchase I needed some adjustment’s and he quickly fixed them on the spot. I won’t go anywhere else.

  I started going to the Vision center in Cromwell when I could not get an appointment with my original eye care specialist at the start of covid. I not only felt safe with the precautions put into place but the doctor was very thorough and informative. I then went to get fitted for glasses and had a great experience with Heather and Carrieanne. They were patient and so fun. They helped me pick just the right frames in my budget. I just returned this year for another exam and more frames (not because I needed them lol) but it's the only place to get name brand eyewear that's affordable. I recieved a warm welcome from Josiah and worked with Carrieanne again who was able fit me properly and make recommendations based on my concerns. This is an amazing team who exceed your expectations. I highly recommend going to this location .
