(October 24, 2022, 2:21 pm)Love the Catskill location! I live in Kingston and went to our Walmart there only to be told they now take appointments for oil changes! The nearest appointment they could give me was a WEEK away! Place was dead with hardly anyone there but couldn't fit me in? Called the Catskill location and they told me to come right over. Had me in and out in 30 min.flat! Now THAT'S what I consider excellent service! Maybe the service mgr at the Kingston location can learn something from the Catskill service mgr as they are losing both customers AND money due to their stupid new policy!

They never try and oversell me, they do the work quickly and efficiently. Prices are just fine.
As far as a place for an oil change or some basic tires I can't imagine going to a mechanic where scheduling is a pain and so is waiting.
