They are genuine automotive enthusiasts and the wealth of knowledge all the employees have is very educational. I always leave the store knowing a lot more. It is much appreciated. Phenomenal customer service. My one year old starter just went bad this weekend and they are already taking care of it for me. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. As an amateur mechanic- they motivate me to keep at it and I will continue to build those mechanic skills thanks to their guidance and just general positive mental attitude they have over here at this NAPA. Much respect.
