I am so angry with my cell phone because I forgot to get the receipt or if I did I cannot locate it. It was extremely important that I have it because of the credit card that I used. -

(December 21, 2020, 12:58 pm)My recent experience at the Ellenville NY Walgreens defintely warrants the effort to write a review.
The first part of the experience was in dealing with Marilyn on the phone.
So rarely these days does anyone in customer care treat people with professionalism, knowledge AND sincere kindness.
Marilyn encompassed all those qualities in full.
When I then came to the store she made time to be available to follow up on the issue I needed help with in person.
It was very apparent that this is a person who takes pride in their work.
While at the store I also needed to print out a large poster for a Christmas gift.
There was a glitch with the machine vs my iphone & I would be remiss to not mention how helpful Zoe was in the process.
She sorted out the issue in no time & the result was a gorgeous print that I could then frame as a Christmas gift.
My house is equal distance between two Walgreens & I will most defintely be making a left toward the Ellenville lacation vs a right out of the driveway in the future.
To Walgreens itself; it would be wonderful if you could add the choice of matte photo paper.
