Denis and his team were very welcoming, making us feel comfortable as this was our first time not only in the shop, but also in the area. They gave us great suggestions on different bike paths and scenic routes to take which we greatly enjoyed …Also, when one of the bike’s batteries started getting low eventually, we contacted Denis and he met up with us within minutes with a replacement battery. They went above and beyond making our trip a lovely memory. We plan on returning real soon with a couple friends.

(April 28, 2023, 5:24 pm)Finding new ways to keep fit has always been a welcome task for me and being able to work out with my partner has always given me the best of all worlds. Traditional cycling was always fun for us however my partner is more fit and much stronger than me. Often times I couldn’t keep up and climb the hills that he could, so his workouts were not at his top level and my workout was always somewhere far behind him. E bikes are a true game changer for us. My Magnum Voyager gives me an”assist” when I need help ascending a hill or need to rest from pedaling. I get to workout at my level and am no longer lagging behind. His bike is the Magnum Navigator X, so we can take on any biking adventure side by side knowing we have 100 miles of “assist” available to us.
Voltaire Cycles is conveniently located in Verona and in meeting Dennis we knew immediately that we had found the right bike shop and the right person to introduce us to e bikes and learn about all the options and features of the different bicycles available to us. Dennis knows his products and was able to match us with bikes that suited our needs and wants. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that not only that bikes were high quality, but also that Voltaire Cycles would warranty the bikes for one year, servicing them as needed.Undoubtedly being able to bring our bikes to a local shop that we trust is added value to our experience. I am looking forward to putting many miles on my bike! -

(September 7, 2022, 11:36 am)Brought my E-bike in for service on rear brake. As I waited, I watched Denis not only fix the issue I came in with, but evaluated the entire bike. He did the necessary maintenance to keep my bike in safe operation. He went over things with me that I can do to maintain the bike properly. Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Definitely cares about his customers. I actually have purchased 2 bikes for my family, and my daughter has purchased 2 bikes for her family from Denis. We thought of buying off the internet but so glad we didn't. So much better to have an actual person we can go to who has a vested interest in our purchase. Denis has evaluated the different manufacturers of E-bikes and only sells what he believes is the highest quality and most reliable. We love our E-bikes from Voltaire Cycles in Verona. NJ

We are new e bike riders, and wanted to buy from an established business that knows and supports its products, and which offered test rides. Denis took extra time with us making sure we were comfortable with the purchase. We drove an hour from the Hudson Valley to meet Denis and it was all worth the trip. And to our friends in Manhattan, Verona is less than 40 minutes by car.

He recommended bikes for us based on our local riding requirements, height & weight. We test drove them and were sold! He assembled them for us, we added a few accessories and off we went. We purchased the Magnum brand. The bikes a very well made and sturdy.All that said, we are thrilled with our bikes and the service Denis provided!
